On September 26th 2018, Sue Siddall appeared on the BBC News Channel’s live morning news program, BBC Business Live, to talk about IDEO and human-centered design. Shown live in the UK, the program is also broadcast globally via BBC World — as a result, it reaches a potential audience of around 250 million.

Sue offered a top-line introduction to IDEO’s work in Europe on the occasion of IDEO’s 40th birthday including how IDEO has evolved from a heritage in product design to what we’re doing today, helping businesses build their capacity for scaling innovation.


Flexibility is the Key to Creative Leadership

These days, business talk is all about innovation and design. This is thanks in part to the role technology companies play in driving the economy of the U.S., in particular. But it can also be attributable to an acknowledgement that, in a digital world where established organizations are under threat from all sides, just being more efficient is not going to be enough to ensure survival, let alone a thriving future.
