Matthew focuses on the use of design as a powerful tool for change in the healthcare sector. He partners closely with organisations to understand their needs and works tirelessly to build the right systems, approaches, and structures to translate these needs into superlative products and experiences.
Ari Adler
Partner
As a Partner in the Cambridge studio, Ari spends his time helping clients and teams grow and bring innovative products, services, and experiences to the world. He is particularly interested in how emerging technologies help us reimagine everyday human experiences and fundamentally change how we relate to each other and to the world around us.

Tara Safaie
Executive Director
Tara partners with health organizations to spark change from the inside out—designing innovation products and portfolios, cultivating new capabilities, and evolving organizational cultures. She has launched innovation labs, designed more cohesive patient journeys through a cardiology department, redefined employee value propositions, and more. Tara's work has stretched from pharma to care systems, championing human-centricity at every turn.
Jesse Fourt
Executive Director
Jesse's hands-on process enables organizations to launch meaningful, impactful, challenging products. At IDEO since 2000, Jesse has led and engineered a wide range of products including drug delivery devices, vascular access products, surgical tools, consumer and industrial electronics, furniture, and household goods.
Brandy Parker
Senior Director
Brandy leads IDEO Chicago’s health portfolio. Her design work covers everything from medical devices to patient and provider experiences, adherence, services, health equity, and digital tools.
Yicheng “YC” Sun
Senior Director
YC helps lead IDEO San Francisco’s healthcare portfolio, specializing in building digital products and emerging technologies. He applies human-centered design in service of individual and collective wellbeing and is constantly thinking about how to bring healthcare ventures from ideation to market.
