Expanding IDEO’s impact


I lead strategy for IDEO’s learning and media and partnership initiatives, including IDEO U, the learning arm of IDEO where people can learn the skills of design thinking and mindsets of creative leadership. In my role, I’m focused on finding new, customer-focused, tech-supported ways to deliver IDEO’s long-standing value proposition to more people around the world.
My specialty is helping iconic brands undergo major transformations and become competitive market leaders.
Throughout my career, I’ve led strategy and operations at respected media and content companies, including The New York Times, The Economist, and OgilvyOne. I also have an extensive background in product management and innovation from my time at Gartner, Inc, where I served as Group Vice President in Global Product Management. I am experienced in launching new product offers, developing and leading teams, and driving cultural and operational change. I hold a master’s degree in Journalism from New York University and I speak six languages.
