As part of the London Leadership team, I head-up IDEO’s Health Portfolio for Europe, working with leaders and their teams to design new strategies and experiences that enable people to live healthier lives and enjoy better futures.

I have had the great privilege of working with some of the most influential companies in the world—Novartis, Sanofi, Roche, NHS, CalMHSA, HP, and Amazon to name a few.

Over the last 15 years, my journey through consulting and venture leadership has been rooted in a deep commitment to human-centered design.

I believe in design as a powerful tool for change, allowing us to create groundbreaking experiences that address the biggest, most complex challenges of today.

Originally from England, I began my journey at IDEO in California, which expanded my worldview, emphasizing the importance of diversity and cross-cultural perspectives in driving innovation.
