As Managing Director of IDEO London, I lead a creative powerhouse fueled by the collective energy of our diverse makers, visionary client partners, and extensive local network.

IDEO’s human-centred approach to innovation is more crucial than ever. Today’s defining business challenges—climate change, inequality, emerging technologies—all have human behaviour at heart. Addressing them requires profound understanding of people’s needs and radically redesigning the systems and services shaping our world.

I remain in the work, leading change and strategy programmes, and helping leaders set inspiring visions, make confident choices, and cultivate teams delivering transformational human-centric solutions at scale. This hands-on, iterative approach makes big ideas tangible for customers and clients through real-world prototyping and testing, setting the stage for growth.

My work has focused on hospitality, retail, and technology. Prior to joining IDEO, I founded a sportswear brand and was a brand strategy consultant in consumer goods. I hold an MBA from INSEAD.
