Matthew focuses on the use of design as a powerful tool for change in the healthcare sector. He partners closely with organisations to understand their needs and works tirelessly to build the right systems, approaches, and structures to translate these needs into superlative products and experiences.
Betsy Fields Smith
Executive Director
Betsy's has helped organisations across numerous sectors build a culture of innovation, and enjoys coaching her clients in the tools and methods of human-centered design. Betsy's depth of experience in design for health and wellness, ranges from improving patient experience, to healthcare service redesign, to finding new ways to drive proactive health engagement.
Tara Safaie
Executive Director
Tara partners with health organizations to spark change from the inside out—designing innovation products and portfolios, cultivating new capabilities, and evolving organizational cultures. She has launched innovation labs, designed more cohesive patient journeys through a cardiology department, redefined employee value propositions, and more. Tara's work has stretched from pharma to care systems, championing human-centricity at every turn.

Director
Papa is a Product Director with deep experience in delivering new digital products and services into the market. He is focused first on building the right thing, then on building the thing right. Specialising in putting together effective digital teams is a critical part of how Papa works to get the best products validated and built.

Jennifer brings 20 years of experience in brand building, client servicing, and internal communications. She partners with Fortune 500 leaders, helping them work at the speed required to deliver new products to market quickly, and with the rigour needed to build brands that last.
Jessica Hall
Senior Director
Jess is a strategic marketer whose experience includes working with clients across multiple sectors in both B2B and B2C. Combining deep marketing knowledge with a pragmatism honed in startups, she's an advocate for both an integrated approach to marketing and the long-term power of brand.
