I steer our European business strategy

As Partner and Senior Executive Director, I lead strategic operations in Europe, where my mission is to help clients build resilient and inclusive growth that enables people, the planet, and profit to flourish together. I’m responsible for steering our European business strategy, while also leading the commercial and operational strategy for some of IDEO’s largest client engagements.

I’m passionate about the transformative power of design and creativity to empower us all to solve the world's most pressing challenges in radical and responsible ways.

I'm also a realist; I know that lasting change is achievable only by merging groundbreaking strategies and innovative solutions with paradigm-shifting operational know-how. 

Before IDEO, I worked in the fashion industry—first as a retail buyer at global fashion brands including Polo Ralph Lauren before shifting gears to lead product development and supply chain at startups. There, I honed my skills and passion for creating the conditions for creative teams to thrive while building sustainable supply chains—and, ultimately, businesses.
