IDEO Palo Alto is in search of a Talent Specialist to lead the day-to-day of Human Resources for our studio, and also help shape key Learning & Development initiatives. The ideal candidate has a high level of discretion, is a creative problem solver, and eager to learn and grow in the Talent space. This person will represent IDEO in a spirited and professional manner, both internally and externally. Flexibility, curiosity, and multitasking are key given the dynamic nature of the role and the studio.
The Talent Specialist will make the biggest impact by stewarding our culture and cultivating a world class employee experience.
