  • Partner with our live course team to kick-off our 25+ live course runs a year; Help design systems that will allow us to continue to scale the number of course runs and learners we support in a given year as our business grows
  • Design and lead projects to support the evolution of our live course, alumni coach, certificate and overall programmatic learning experience as well as our teaching program structure and incentives
  • Maintain a pulse check on the health of our online learning experiences and work with the teaching team to brainstorm and prototype experiments that address the individual dynamics of any given course run
  • Work with our digital producer & product manager to integrate new interactive learning & communications features into the learning experience
  • Help troubleshoot & resolve escalated issues

  • You are inspired by and have experience using design thinking skills and methods on your own, with real world examples of how it has helped you improve outcomes in program design and operations
  • You are motivated by the big picture and impact but know the devil is in the details and can keep abreast of everything from ensuring that our teaching team submits invoices on time to noticing when something is off in a course experience
  • You have a high degree of digital fluency and can easily support a large number of users on communication platforms such as Zoom and Slack and work with our digital producer and product manager to integrate new interactive features and content to our online learning platforms.
  • You’ve worked in a startup environment and can bring flexibility, comfort with a self-starter environment and a get things done mentality to your work. IDEO U is a small team and there is guaranteed to be a wide breadth to the areas you’ll lend your creativity and expertise to.
  • You don’t have to be an ex-banker, but you’re comfortable with numbers and can manage to program budgets
