IDEO is seeking a Japanese/English bilingual Teaching Program Specialist who will act as a key team member to help grow and lead the studio’s teaching business in Japan. You will help our clients achieve bold and meaningful change through creativity and design, using tools and strategies that build creative capabilities within an organization. This role requires a blend of experience in client-faced organizational consulting, designing transformative learning programs and workshops, as well as delivering content to a wide range of audiences to help inspire change through design. innovation.
You will be working closely with IDEO’s global Product and Learning teams to localize and develop cutting-edge educational engagements to complement our consulting and venturing businesses in Japan.
As we keep exploring what design can do next, we are excited when thinking about supporting countless individuals and organizations to unlock and deepen their own creative capabilities. This person will enable us to bring our existing offers and capabilities to the next level.
Adapt, design, and develop a cohesive portfolio of learning programs and experiences for our clients in Japan.
