IDEO U is IDEO’s online school, equipping learners around the globe with skills, mindsets, and tools to help them stay relevant and adaptive in our modern world. We're part of IDEO, an award-winning global design firm that takes a human-centered, design-based approach to help organizations innovate and grow. IDEO U was created to teach the methods we have practiced for decades and to help individuals, teams, and organizations across the globe become more resilient, creative, and innovative.
This is an opportunity to lead growth efforts for IDEO U. You will be key to accelerating the growth of enrollments, owning the growth roadmap while experimenting with new experiences for prospective and current IDEO U learners. With the growth roadmap, you will prioritize experiments with new channels, identify cross-funnel or lifecycle experimentation opportunities, and plan the work with your cross-functional teammates.
In this role you will work collaboratively with the marketing and product team to generate hypotheses, prioritize opportunities, and execute experiments focused on optimizing target growth metrics. Key areas of focus will be identifying new growth channels, search engine optimization, collaborating to improve purchase conversion rates to reduce acquisition costs, and elevating retention or learner LTV. In addition, you’ll play a key role in testing and validating new offerings as we expand our offers and course catalog.
The role reports to the Director of Growth and Digital Marketing.
