Product Marketing Sr Lead - B2C

Role summary:

We are looking for someone who has 8-10 years of experience in product marketing with proven experience bringing new products and services to market with a demonstrated understanding of the connections between offer strategy, marketing creative and the marketing ecosystem. 

Once Here You Will:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, launch and growth of our B2C products and services.
  • Synthesize user and market insights to inform the product roadmap and marketing plans advocating for our learners and clients. 
  • Shape (and reshape) the value proposition, positioning and messaging for new and existing offers.  
  • Launch new offers including developing the go-to-market strategy including leading design research, shaping messaging and orchestrating across the marketing,  content, production, product, and operations teams. to develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs. 
  • Drive ongoing awareness, growth, and adoption of the product.

Relevant experience:

Must Have: 

  • Launched offers from end to end from  value propositions/positioning, launch and optimization. 
  • Strong program management skills and skilled at leading, collaborating and influencing across teams including product, brand, digital marketing, PR, design, and business development
  • Skilled in setting the right level of strategy that guides and encourages experimentation
  • Able to think quickly on your feet, adapt to a highly variable environment, change scope and focus with ease and lead others through ambiguity 
  • Have excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize, scope, plan, resource and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proven experience influencing and aligning strategies across multiple stakeholders with solid storytelling skills, both in writing and verbally
  • Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and how it connects to effective integrated marketing programs

  • Experience in the education space
  • Experience marketing and growing premium brands
