IDEO is looking for a Marketing Operations Lead for a 12-month fixed term maternity cover who will work closely with the European and location leadership teams in Munich and London, designers and the global brand team to help support the team’s strategy and initiatives.
In essence, your focus will be on the strategy and operations of IDEO’s lead management processes, CRM database, marketing automation solution, as well as tracking performance. The role will be split between Munich and London so will suit candidates who can be flexible with regular travel arrangements.
To be considered for this role you must have experience managing the setup of automated campaigns and have run complete inbound marketing campaigns at scale. We are open to hearing from candidates who reside in either Munich or London.
As a marketing operations lead you will drive the team's operational efficiency and quantitative results to help scale with quality and consistency across roadmaps and systems to execution and analysis. Core to this role and its impact on IDEO is moving ideas and initiatives along, while setting (and resetting) priorities with ease.
