We are searching for a Digital Product Designer with experience shipping web and mobile products in close collaboration with engineers. This candidate will be a champion for digital design and is capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of designers on projects focused on integrating interaction design into products, services, experiences, spaces, and brands.

In this role, you will get exposure to and/or be involved in all parts of the design process: user research, concept development, prototyping, working with developers, design stewardship, contributing to proposal writing, and client relationship development. We’re looking for someone who is as passionate about designing elegant user experiences as they are about using systems thinking and human-centered design as a source of inspiration to solve complex problems for and with our clients and partners.

  • Share your content expertise as a digital design leader, within and beyond the IDEO studio.
  • Design beautiful, functional and scalable design systems and interaction paradigms for digital products on web, mobile, and beyond.
  • Prototype and test concepts in the field and through other research methods.
  • Have the opportunity to develop and act on your unique point of view about the ways design and digital technologies are impacting human needs, behaviors, and attitudes.
  • Go out into the world for inspiration and establish research-based insights to spot opportunities for innovation within constraints.
  • Champion the impact of design on everyday life.
  • Build an understanding of the value and dynamics of client organizations and partner with clients to drive innovation.
  • Join a diverse and passionate group of world-class designers on a wide array of local and global challenges.
