IDEO U is building an online learning platform that helps people around the globe learn to unlock their creative potential and build their problem-solving skills. There is no shortage of challenges to tackle in the world, and we need more creative leaders who understand diverse needs, can generate radical solutions, and confidently experiment their way forward. We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to help continue growing the IDEO U community of creative leaders and, using paid advertising platforms like Google Adwords and Facebook, make more learners aware, interested, and enrolled in IDEO U courses. You’ll help us optimize our existing paid advertising efforts, while identifying new opportunities for growth.
IDEO’s mission is to have a disproportionate impact in the world through design. IDEO U is in its third year of existence empowering individuals to tackle their creative challenges. This role will help continue and accelerate the growth of the IDEO U platform and enable us to scale impact we have. This position will help make that growth a reality.
As part of the IDEO U team, you will work to help improve digital paid advertising efforts to drive interest and enrollment growth for IDEO U courses. You have proven experience driving efficient growth via Facebook and Google Adwords along with other platforms as well. You thrive in building, maintaining and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and have a methodological approach that allows for experimentation while being mindful of the cost per acquisition. You’ll bring an “always be testing” mindset to ensure that we are going forward with the most compelling ads to the right audience.
