The Front Desk Concierge is the first point of contact for IDEO’s clients & employees by phone or in person so it is crucial they ensure a great experience for all who visit the studio. They will support location needs with a variety of daily responsibilities requiring hospitality, superb customer service, and heightened accountability. Similar to a hotel environment, you must have an eye for details that make an experience fantastic. We expect this person to have a “no task too big, no task too small” attitude with a natural inclination to get thing done but have fun while doing it. The front desk concierge will work closely with other members of the Cambridge Experience Team whose mission is to make the client & employee experience extraordinary.
