IDEO U Sprints is on a mission to inspire teams to tackle their hardest challenges creatively by transforming how they work together. Our experience combines the focus of sprints with the power of coaching so teams can upskill together while making meaningful progress on their work.As the Program Operations Lead for our Coaching Network, you'll be responsible for creating and managing a community of exceptional coaches - a critical part of the experience for teams.
Build and manage a network of coaching talent
We want to build a community of coaches that share our values and uniquely contribute to our mission as individuals. You'll recruit, hire, train and onboard coaches, strategically match them with client teams, and design growth and exit pathways.
Design and cultivate the coaching community
We help coaches connect, learn from, and support each other. You'll intentionally design this community and provide the tools, spaces, experiences, and resources for them to meaningfully engage with one another.
Operationalize how we deliver coaching to a variety of client teams
You'll create new processes and workflows to help streamline the experience for coaches and client teams, help design and maintain community resources, provide ongoing support, and deliver program communications and updates.
Design and refine the coaching experience
This is a highly collaborative and creative role. You'll leverage data to spot opportunities to improve the experience for coaches and clients and work together with the client services, product, and learning experience teams to explore new ideas and implement solutions.
