IDEO is looking to hire a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to be the go-to expert for the data & analytics ecosystem for IDEO U. A forward thinker with a get-it-done attitude - you’ll be tasked with maintaining IDEO U’s ongoing data-centric operations, while tactically working to evolve its BI & data capabilities to support the orgs growth.
IDEO U has a strong vision for the future - and to get there, we want to ensure that we have the right data to understand our learners and growing business. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be a pivotal cross-functional leader and collaborator, working closely with product, marketing, and content & production senior leaders, among others, to leverage data to make the business run, while looking ahead to articulate how our processes and infrastructure will need to improve.
We are looking for someone who is excited to translate data into insights that help the IDEO U business evolve its insights about learners and our strategies in the market. You enjoy both autonomy in how you work as well as collaborating with colleagues to help integrate data and insights into their workflows to ensure maximum impact across the organization.
