IDEO London is looking for a full time Business Designer to join us in the coming months. The ideal candidate loves to craft and build new businesses and understands how (and why) designing products and services can drive strategic growth for our clients. We are looking for someone with a depth of experience in business model design, market analysis, financial modeling and implementation.

What is a project snapshot?
We would like to get a more holistic understanding of your industry experience and past work. Below we offer up three moments. Please choose two of the three moments and describe a different project that speaks to the prompt and tells us about how you approached the situation. The goal is not to review the entire project, but provide only the context needed to focus on this moment in particular.
Remember, this is not to exceed 500 words in total. We are most interested in the substance of your answers, not the aesthetics of your submission.
Please submit your resume, cover letter, and project snapshots no later than 21st February, 2020. We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis and candidates are encouraged to apply earlier than the deadline. We will notify candidates if they are moving forward in the process in late February or early March.
Candidates who advance to a first round interview will have a video conversation with an IDEOer about their background and their interest in the role. Candidates who advance to the second round will have a mix of case interviews and behavioral interviews. Third round interviews typically include meeting studio leadership and more of the design community.
