We will dive into sessions from hostage negotiation to improvisation, making strategic choices to elite-level listening, and take leadership to the next level as we learn from a curated selection of experts in the art of leading through uncertainty.

One of the hardest things about strategy is that you can never be certain of the outcome. Strategy is about the future, and you can’t be sure just how your bets will turn out before you place them. But that doesn’t mean you can only cross your fingers and hope for the best. If you think about the idea that you can be more or less confident, but never certain, then think of the entire process of activating strategy as a journey toward confidence.
Jennifer will explore integrative thinking, and how you can use visualization, storytelling, and tests to help you build confidence in your choices.
