Hello, I’m Sandeep Pahuja
I use design to help clients figure out the right path forward in an increasingly uncertain world. I love tackling complex, systems-level problems by creating new-to-the-world solutions. I'm passionate about helping organizations design inclusive and equitable solutions that are both strategic and human-centered.
What you won't learn from my bio:
I once "starred" as Puffs (aka P. Diddy) in a spoof video of Making the Band called Making the Brand for a Procter & Gamble intern talent show. I’ve been Sandiddy ever since. We got 2nd place. “Take that, take that.”
As a director at IDEO San Francisco, Sandeep helps clients build meaningful brands, new ventures, and innovative cultures. He is passionate about helping organizations design inclusive and equitable solutions that are both strategic and human-centered. He has partnered with Fortune Global 200 companies such as Nestlé, Target, and Anheuser-Busch Inbev, as well as growing international CPG companies and food startups. Sandeep recently helped the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Food Security create a food movement for UAE youth.
He previously worked at Procter & Gamble where he redefined the in-store experience for the Swiffer brand, creating an award-winning design that remains the template for North American retail over a decade later.
Sandeep teaches "Designing the Future" at the Berkeley Haas School of Business, where he earned his MBA and was a Leadership Scholar. He earned his BA in Economics from New York University. When not at IDEO, Sandeep enjoys basketball, rap karaoke, and making mean cocktails.
