In her role as Partner and Managing Director, Lynda leads IDEO's work and team focused on designing for the global food system. With over 20 years of experience, Lynda helps clients to identify opportunities for growth and solve the system's toughest problems, whether that is creating strategic development platforms or designing a $100MM product. Her empathic approach and charismatic leadership enable clients to address unmet desires and empower them to tackle a wide variety of challenges within their own businesses. Lynda has collaborated with large food companies like ConAgra, Whitewave Foods, and The Hershey Company, and smaller startups and organizations reshaping the future of food. She believes design is a tool that can build a more sustainable food system worldwide.
