Design the future

I work with IDEO’s senior leadership team to set and activate the long-term strategy for the firm. I also lead IDEO’s work in strategy design, collaborating with clients and internal teams to help design their futures. As a strategy advisor, I have worked across industries and countries, helping organizations and teams to build winning, sustainable, and human-centered strategies.

Before IDEO, I spent more than a decade at the Rotman School of Management, where I taught undergrads, MBAs, and executives how to think creatively about their toughest challenges. I am the author of Creating Great Choices: A Leader's Guide to Integrative Thinking (with Roger L. Martin, Harvard Business Review Press, 2017), a Wall Street Journal best-seller that was shortlisted for Canada's National Business Book Award.
