I co-lead IDEO U, IDEO’s online school that teaches design thinking skills and creative leadership mindsets. I guide marketing across product, digital, e-commerce, content, media relations, brand, and partnerships. Over the past few years, I’ve stepped in to lead IDEO U’s DEI work, and I am proud to be a member of IDEO’s Inclusive Design Collective and DEI Leadership Circle.
Exploring how human-centered design applies to marketing is one of my passions, and I love working at the intersection of technology, business, and creative.
I have deep roots in marketing and e-commerce, including growing Peet’s Coffee & Tea’s online business as general manager, and pioneering Gap Inc.’s digital marketing and e-commerce presence, including the launch of the brand’s first websites.
A true blue, I earned my bachelor's degree from U.C. Berkeley in Political Economics, then returned to earn my MBA from the Haas School of Business.
