I am an IDEO partner and leader of the Health Domain. In my three decades with IDEO, I have worked in North America, Europe, and Asia. My portfolio of work spans the public and private sectors, consumer and business-to-business industries, established corporations, and ambitious start-ups. In Healthcare this has included working with providers, payors, med devices, pharma, and consumer health organizations.

I am passionate about innovation as a primary enabler for positive change in the world.

I am excited by the substantial change occurring in the Healthcare industry and the opportunities this creates to reimagine a better future. In this context, I work collaboratively with clients to take advantage of new opportunities and overcome challenges through novel products and experiences, growing innovation capabilities, and transforming cultures. Ultimately, my work strives to catalyze change to improve the experience and outcomes for patients and the healthcare industry.
