About

Jerome Goh is Senior Content Director in the Shanghai office. He brings a wealth of design consulting knowledge and a deep understanding of IDEO’s methodology to the table, having worked with us for nearly a decade.

During his tenure Jerome has participated in diverse projects, including the development of consumer products and service related projects, the design of branded experiential spaces, and the creation of strategies that help to effect organizational change. He is particularly interested in strategies based on user insights that will lead to relevant, meaningful, and actionable solutions for clients.

In China, Jerome is excited to use his expertise to help clients innovate throughout Asia. He is passionate about how design thinking can help to shape the ongoing dialog about — and the identity of — Chinese design. At IDEO Shanghai, his central role is to inspire and mentor designers and project teams. He ensures excellence by challenging everyone to adopt new and different ways of thinking and seeing in order to bring fresh ideas to our clients.

Prior to his arrival in Shanghai, Jerome was Content Lead in IDEO’s Experiential Space design practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. He holds a bachelor’s of science (with honors) in industrial design from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, California.
