To optimize this impact, Ryan Jacoby and Diego Rodriguez advise thoughtfully structuring the innovation process. About the Author
Diego is a pioneer, advocate, and practitioner of design thinking. He is a partner at IDEO and a founding professor and member of the board at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford University (a.k.a. the d.school).
Ryan co-leads IDEO’s New York team and leads the firm’s Business Design discipline globally. He is passionate about designing new experiences for users and growth businesses with clients.
