Learning & Development Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Specialist to join the Learning & Development (L&D) team. L&D is an integrated part of San Francisco’s broader Talent team and works closely with Recruiting and HR. We’re looking for a new teammate who will collaborate with us to grow and extend our capabilities, refine our tools and systems, and increasingly support our community.

Once here you will

  • Partner with the SF Talent Team to identify, initiate, and collaborate on new L&D opportunities and experiments
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal L&D offers, including new hire orientations, skill-building workshops, and leadership development programs
  • Schedule and facilitate IDEO team kickoffs, check-ins, and debriefs
  • Coach IDEOers through career navigation
  • Support diversity, equity & inclusion programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with IDEO Global Talent on initiatives and programs across IDEO
  • Administer Talent tools, including: talent systems, calendars, content management resources, etc.
  • Promote, communicate, and disseminate L&D offerings to the SF community

Relevant Experience

2-5 years of relevant professional experience in a people-oriented role, preferably with L&D or coaching familiarity within a creative environment.

  • Possess exemplary time management and organizational skills
  • Be extremely detail-oriented and possess excellent follow-through
