IDEO San Francisco is in search of a Recruiting Specialist to be part of our dynamic and creative Talent team. You will be responsible for day-to-day full-life cycle recruiting activities from sourcing, to candidate management, to interviewing, and offer negotiation.
The ideal candidate has a high level of discretion, is a creative problem solver, and eager to learn and grow in the Talent space. This person will represent IDEO in a spirited and professional manner, both internally and externally. Flexibility, curiosity, and multitasking are key, given the dynamic nature of the role and the studio.
The Recruiting Specialist will make the biggest impact by being a steward of our culture and cultivating a world class candidate experience. In this role, you have the ability to shape the experience of IDEO’s talent brand through your guidance and coaching.
