We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to help with providing a variety of administrative support to HR and Payroll and contributes to building an exceptional employee experience. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and problem solve, and collaboration is essential. Most importantly, having a genuine passion for working with people and providing great employee support is key.
The Human Resources Coordinator fills a critical role on our Bay Area Human Resources team by helping to deliver a world class employee experience. In this role, they have the ability to shape the experience of IDEOers at all levels of the organization, from brand new talent to leadership, through their guidance.
