We’re looking for someone who will relish the opportunity to build client relationships and work with design leaders in translating challenges and questions into opportunities for innovation. This role is a combination of strategist and “closer”, and requires experience with client service skills, design sensibilities, and business acumen. As a Business Development Lead, your role will be to partner with our design leaders and community in identifying interesting clients, setting-up the right conversations, and shaping projects for our design community. You’ll work alongside our portfolio leads and designers to ensure that we cultivate client relationships in a thoughtful and strategic way, while always prioritizing great design.
