About the Author
Ryan Jacoby, an associate partner, is passionate about applying design thinking to business strategies for growth. Ryan helps lead IDEO's design for business efforts, and coordinates knowledge sharing and tool development across all of IDEO's business factors practitioners.
Diego Rodriguez is a partner at IDEO and leads its Palo Alto location. He formerly led IDEO’s Global Business Factors group. He works with clients on issues involving venture design, organizational processes, and marketing.
