Paul Bennett on Australia’s ABC Lateline Business

Following his visit the L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival where he spoke on “Thoughtless Communications” and “The Future Consumer”, IDEO’s Paul Bennett appeared on ABC Lateline Business. He discussed how the fashion industry might re-consider the meaning of luxury, stating “I don’t think the luxury business is about selling products, I think the luxury business is about delivering service.”

Paul was also interviewed by ABC Radio National host Alan Saunders on the meaning of “small is the new big.”
