IDEO Becomes MIT Media Lab Member

IDEO is excited to be a member of MIT’s Media Lab. This collaboration will allow us to learn and build upon the Lab’s cutting-edge research, and together, we can create a better understanding of the ways technology influences the way people think, behave, and live.

The Media Lab was founded in 1985 to apply an unorthodox, “antidisciplinary” approach to research at the convergence of design, multimedia, and technology. As technology’s reach and influence has expanded, so has the Media Lab’s focus. Examples of current areas of research include biomechatronics, the future of cities, molecular machines, and synthetic neurobiology.

We’re looking forward to exploring the boundaries of people’s interactions with technologies and systems through the Lab’s community and work.
