IDEO Munich is seeking a Junior Communication Designer
You ARE a
• VISUALIZER: You use your excellent visualization skills to facilitate the delivery and communication of complex ideas and strategies within IDEO project teams and to the client
• STORYTELLER: You tell stories in an intriguing and compelling way
• PROTOTYPER: You make the exploration of consumer insights and behaviors as tangible as possible
• SOCIALIZER: You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams
You WON’T be a
• PIXELPUSHER: You don’t design beautiful eye candy just for the sake of it. We are interested in content and appropriate ways to communicate it
• 24/7 GRAPHIC SLAVE: You won’t find a typical agency-like working environment

• INSPIRING: You have a passionate & inspiring work & life style
• DIVERSE: Skills in animation, video and/or storyboarding as well as writing skills are considered a bonus
• ORGANIZED: You are able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
• SKILLED: You have a graphic design degree and first professional experience. Plus, you understand the fundamentals of brand strategy and what makes great brands great
• VERSATILE: You have depth in designing the traditionally "communication" based touchpoints (corporate identity, advertising, packaging, signage, brand tone & voice, etc.), but are conversant in the others (ie. product, retail, merchandising, space etc.) • FLUENT in both English and German
